Viza va qabul

«SamMir Poster» ilovasi

«SamMir Platforma» xizmati
«SamMir Platforma» — bizneslar uchun onlayn dastur (yozishmalar va CRM, post joylash, statistika, AI yordamchilar, video). Undan foydalanish shartlari:
- Hisob: Mijoz o'z hisobi va xodimlarining kirish ma'lumotlarini himoya qilishga javobgar. Hisobga kirgan har bir harakat shu Mijoz nomidan hisoblanadi.
- Kontent va ma'lumot egaligi: Mijoz joylagan va yaratgan kontent, uning mijozlari ma'lumotlari Mijozga tegishli. Biz ularni faqat xizmatni ko'rsatish uchun ishlatamiz (Maxfiylik siyosati).
- Mijoz majburiyatlari: ulangan akkauntlarga huquqi bo'lishi; o'z mijozlari ma'lumotini qonuniy olgan bo'lishi; avatar-video uchun o'sha odamning roziligi bo'lishi; Meta, Google/YouTube, Telegram va boshqa ulangan xizmatlar qoidalariga amal qilishi. sammirmedia.online is the information website of SAMMIR-MEDIA LLC (SamMir Consulting). Information on the site is general; service terms, prices and obligations are set only in a written contract.
Visas and admission
Final decisions on visas and admission belong to the relevant authorities (embassies, universities). No outcome is guaranteed.
"SamMir Poster" app
An internal tool used only to publish the company's own content to its own YouTube, Facebook and Instagram accounts; it is not a public service. It uses YouTube API Services and is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
"SamMir Platforma" service
"SamMir Platforma" is online software for businesses (messaging and CRM, publishing, analytics, AI assistants, video). Terms of use:
- Account: the Customer is responsible for protecting its account and its staff's login details. Actions taken from the account are treated as the Customer's actions.
- Ownership: content the Customer uploads or creates, and its clients' data, belong to the Customer. We use them only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).
- Customer obligations: to have the right to the connected accounts; to have lawfully obtained its clients' data; to have the depicted person's consent for avatar videos; and to follow the rules of Meta, Google/YouTube, Telegram and other connected services. Spam, deception, illegal content or content that infringes others' rights is prohibited.
- Approval: every action that leaves the platform (posts, messages, ads) is performed only after the Customer approves it in the dashboard. Reviewing and approving texts and videos prepared by AI assistants is the Customer's responsibility.
- Plans and payment: the scope and price of the service are set by the selected plan or a written contract. Unused monthly amounts do not carry over to the next month.
- Availability: we aim to keep the service running reliably, but interruptions may occur due to third-party services (Meta, Google, Telegram, etc.) or changes in their rules.
- Termination: the Customer can disconnect accounts and close its account at any time. We may suspend an account for serious breach of these terms. After closure, data is deleted as described on the Data deletion page.
- Liability: to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits). Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
