1. Sayt va ariza formasi

Saytdagi formada siz ism va telefon raqamingizni qoldirasiz. Bu ma'lumot faqat siz bilan bog'lanish va xizmatimiz haqida maslahat berish uchun ishlatiladi. U kompaniyaning ichki aloqa kanaliga (Telegram guruh va mijozlar bazasiga) yuboriladi. Sotilmaydi va reklama uchun uchinchi shaxslarga berilmaydi. 2. «SamMir Poster» ilovasi (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)

«SamMir Poster» — faqat «SAMMIR-MEDIA» MChJ ning o'zi ishlatadigan ichki ilova. U faqat kompaniyaning o'z YouTube kanali, Facebook sahifasi va Instagram hisobiga o'zimiz yaratgan videolar va postlarni joylash uchun kerak. • Qanday ma'lumotga kiramiz: kompaniyaning o'z kanali/sahifasi/hisobi nomi va identifikatori, profil rasmi; joylash uchun ruxsat (token); o'z postlarimizning natijalari (ko'rishlar, reaksiyalar).
• Nima uchun: faqat o'z kontentimizni rejalash, joylash va natijasini ko'rish uchun.

Google API ma'lumotlari. SamMir Poster Google API'lardan olingan ma'lumotlarni qo'llash va uzatishda Google API Services User Data Policy (shu jumladan Limited Use talablari)ga amal qiladi. Biz YouTube API xizmatlaridan foydalanamiz va YouTube Foydalanish shartlari hamda Google Maxfiylik siyosatiga bo'ysunamiz. 3. «SamMir Platforma» (bizneslar uchun xizmat)

«SamMir Platforma» — «SAMMIR-MEDIA» MChJ bizneslarga taqdim etadigan onlayn dastur: mijozlar bilan yozishmalar va CRM, ijtimoiy tarmoqlarga post joylash va rejalash, statistika, AI yordamchilar va video tayyorlash. Platformadan biznes (bundan keyin — «Mijoz») va uning xodimlari foydalanadi. Mijoz o'z akkauntlarini (Facebook sahifasi, Instagram professional hisobi, YouTube kanali, Telegram bot/kanal) o'zi ulaydi va istalgan vaqtda uzadi.

• Hisob ma'lumotlari: foydalanuvchi ismi, email, parol (faqat shifrlangan xesh ko'rinishida), rol va til.
• Ulangan akkauntlardan (faqat Mijoz ruxsat bergan qism): sahifa/hisob/kanal nomi, identifikatori va rasmi; ruxsat tokenlari; Mijoz platforma orqali joylagan postlar va ularning natijalari (ko'rishlar, reaksiyalar, izohlar, statistika); Mijoz yoqqan bo'lsa — uning sahifasi va hisobiga kelgan xabarlar va izohlar (javob berish va CRM'da saqlash uchun).
• Mijozning o'z kontenti: matnlar, rasm, video va ovoz fayllari, bilim bazasi hujjatlari. Avatar-video faqat o'sha odamning o'z rasmidan va uning roziligi bilan yasaladi.
• Mijozning mijozlari (oxirgi foydalanuvchilar): ular Mijozga yozganda xabar matni, ismi va profil identifikatori platformaga tushadi. Bu ma'lumotni biz Mijoz nomidan va uning topshirig'i bilan qayta ishlaymiz; uning egasi va javobgari — Mijoz.

• Xizmat ko'rsatuvchilar: funksiyani bajarish uchun zarur qism quyidagilarga yuboriladi: Anthropic (Claude — matn tahlili va javoblar), Google (Gemini — ovoz/videoni matnga aylantirish va rasm yasash; YouTube API), Meta (Facebook va Instagram API), Telegram (Bot API), HeyGen (Mijoz avatar-video buyurtma qilsa). Ular ma'lumotni faqat so'ralgan ishni bajarish uchun oladi.

Who we are

SamMir Consulting is a brand of SAMMIR-MEDIA LLC (Tashkent, Uzbekistan). The company also provides the "SamMir Platforma" software service for businesses. Website: sammirmedia.online. Contact: info@sammirmedia.online, sammirmedia@gmail.com.

1. Website and contact form

If you submit our contact form (name and phone number), we use it only to contact you about our consulting services. It is sent to the company's internal contact channel (a private Telegram group and customer records). We do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising. The site may use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising results.

2. The "SamMir Poster" app (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)

"SamMir Poster" is an internal tool used only by SAMMIR-MEDIA LLC. It is used solely to publish our own videos and posts to our own YouTube channel, Facebook Page and Instagram account. No other people use it, and it does not collect data from the general public.

• Data we access: the name, ID and profile picture of the company's own channel/Page/account; the authorization needed to publish (access tokens); and basic results of our own posts (views, reactions).
• Why: only to schedule, publish and review our own content.
• Storage: access tokens are stored in the publishing tool (Postiz) running on the company's own computer and are not shared with anyone.
• Third parties: we do not sell this data, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Google API Services. SamMir Poster's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube API Services and are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the app's access to the YouTube channel at any time in your Google Account permissions.

3. "SamMir Platforma" (service for businesses)

"SamMir Platforma" is an online software service provided by SAMMIR-MEDIA LLC to businesses: customer messaging and CRM, scheduling and publishing posts to social networks, analytics, AI assistants and video production. It is used by a business (the "Customer") and its staff. The Customer connects its own accounts (Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, YouTube channel, Telegram bot/channel) and can disconnect them at any time.

• Account data: user name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), role and language.
• From connected accounts (only what the Customer authorizes): Page/account/channel name, ID and picture; access tokens; posts the Customer publishes through the platform and their results (views, reactions, comments, insights); if the Customer enables messaging — messages and comments received by its Page and account (to reply and keep them in the CRM).
• Customer content: texts, images, video and audio files, knowledge-base documents. Avatar videos are created only from the person's own photo and with that person's consent.
• The Customer's own clients (end users): when they message the Customer, the message text, name and profile ID reach the platform. We process this data on behalf of and on the instructions of the Customer, who is responsible for it.
• Purpose: only to perform the features the Customer sees and enables — publishing, showing results, replying to messages, preparing reports and videos. Anything written to external services (posts, messages, ads) is done only after the Customer approves it in the dashboard.
• Storage and security: data is stored on servers operated by SAMMIR-MEDIA LLC (Uzbekistan). Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) and never shown in responses or logs. Each Customer's data is isolated from other Customers.
• Service providers: the part needed for a feature is sent to: Anthropic (Claude — text analysis and replies), Google (Gemini — speech/video to text and image generation; YouTube API), Meta (Facebook and Instagram APIs), Telegram (Bot API), HeyGen (only if the Customer orders an avatar video). They receive it only to perform the requested task.
• What we do not do: we do not sell data, share it for advertising, show it to other Customers, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

Google API Services. SamMir Platforma's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide user-facing features; it is not used or transferred for advertising, sold, or used to develop, improve or train generalized AI/ML models; staff read it only with the user's consent, for security, or where required by law. We use YouTube API Services and are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account permissions.

4. Retention

Contact-form data is kept while we provide advice and services and for as long as necessary afterwards. Tokens are kept while the connection is active and deleted when the connection is removed.

SamMir Platforma: data is kept while the Customer's account is active. When an account is disconnected, its token is deleted immediately. When the Customer's account is closed or deletion is requested, Customer data is deleted within 30 days (including from backups within 30 days), except where the law requires us to keep it.
